Use method and dosage:
Inorganic gel:HY-30EV
HY series water-based bentonite rheological additives(inorganic gel) is a kind of natural aluminum, magnesium silicate, rheological additives. It is a purification of modified montmorillonite clay with the features of gray-white, non-toxic, tasteless, soft texture powder, the main ingredient for the product is hydrophilic, high-purity(modified) montmorillonite. With excellent swellability in water, colloidal dispersion, suspension, thickening and thixotropy, it is the excellent anti-settling agent, emulsion stabilizers and rheological additives for water-based system, and further it has good adsorption, ion exchangeability, non-migration adhesion, etc. In some areas, it is becoming an excellent assistant new type of alternative materials.
(1) Easy to disperse: without process for the preparation of the pre-gel, without a polar activator.
(2) Strong thixotropy: high shear with low viscosity, low shear with high viscosity, thixotropic index is 6.0.
(3) Wide PH range: within PH5-12 play a thickening function.
(4) Stability: superior biochemistry stability, good thermal stability.
(5) Compatibility: good compatibility with alcohols and highly polar solvents(such as glycerin, sorbitol).
(6) Economical Efficiency: It will reduce the cost when using the product alone. Mixed with the cellulose aether, acrylic acid will improve the rheological property, and reduce the costs at the same.

Use method and dosage:
(1)Pre-gel use method:
HY series bentonite (inorganic gel) bentonite rheological additives can be used for pre-gel: the concentration of pre-gel preparation should be determined according to the mixing speed of dispersion equipment and the viscosity required by the product, in order to get the best effect.
The usage amount is usually 2~10% of the system(by weight).
Weigh a certain amount of this product and slowly add it into 25-30ºC water under stirring. Pay attention to avoid agglomeration. After the product is added, adjust the rotation speed to 1000-1200rpm, stir and disperse for 30 minutes, so that the product is fully dispersed in the water, forming a uniform gel, and then placed for 8-24 hours, until the gel plays a role of thickening and stability before use.
(2)Dry powder method:
HY series bentonite (inorganic gel) bentonite rheological additives can be put into the required system in the dry powder state: the concentration of the preparation system should be determined according to the mixing speed of the dispersion equipment and various indicators required by the product (viscosity, thixotropic property, etc.) to obtain the best effect.

Package and storage:
